Anneliese Soller

Anneliese graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) with a Bachelors Degree in Music Performance and Technology. She has been singing and performing since she was 3 years old and enjoys many different types of music. She is classically trained in voice and also has experience in improvisational jazz, pop, and musical theatre.

Anneliese enjoys performing in all aspects including musicals, plays, recitals, and worshipping at her Church. Some of her most notable performances include performing in the Honors Performance Series Choir at Carnegie Hall, participating in the Opera Theatre of the Rockies’ Vocal Arts Festival, as well as playing various musical roles such as Crissy from Hair, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella from Into the Woods, and Julia from The Wedding Singer. She has also received multiple awards including the 2018 National School Choral Award, 2nd place in the Pike’s Peak Opera League’s Young Voice Competition, and being selected to perform in the 2018 Colorado All-State Mixed Choir. 

Through her classical training, she has experience singing in different languages including German, Italian, and French. She also has practice in scatting and other forms of improvisational jazz. Her experience in theatre also gives her knowledge of singing many different types of musical theatre.  When she is not teaching or performing, Anneliese also works full time as a DJ in Colorado Springs and Denver. Throughout her life, the one constant for her has been and always will be music and she has been lucky to have been taught by many amazing instructors. She enjoys being able to give back and teach now as an instructor at Silversound Guitar as she truly believes that music is what keeps us human.
